Pie Corbett
Pie Corbett unlocks children’s creativity and writing skills through the art of storytelling and by teaching language skills in context. His unique approach was adopted by the Talk for Writing programme.
Having worked as a teacher, head teacher, lecturer and OFSTED inspector, Pie is also a prolific author and a poet. He is the author of Oxford Reading Tree Stories for Writing. Pie recognises that every child can tell a story and that this is the springboard to becoming a good writer. He offers tips and advice about how to develop children's creativity, as well as how to teach grammar successfully.
